In accordance with the agreement between the Corporation and CUPE Local 151, all non-management positions are posted internally prior to being opened to public bidding. Any non-union or unfilled bargaining positions are advertised in the local paper. Resumes are kept on file for six months.

Student application forms should be mailed or delivered to Thorold City Hall. All applications are forwarded to the appropriate manager/supervisor for review.
