How to Report Odours or Environmental Concerns?

Please report unpleasant odours or other environmental concerns directly to the Ministry of the Environment Spills Action Centre at 1-800-268-6060, which is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During business hours, residents can also call the local office of the Ministry of the Environment directly at 905-704-3900.

The Regional Municipality of Niagara after hours dispatch is responsible for regional issues, such as sewage pumping stations, and may be reached at 905-984-3690.
